Ingredients Quantity
Salmon 1 1/4 pounds
lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
Minced Garlic 2 of them
Melted Butter 3 tablespoons
Salt 1 1/2teaspoons
Blackpepper 1/4teaspoons
Oragano 1/4teaspoons
red pepper 1/4 crushed pepper
Parsly 1 tablespoon chopped for garnishing

Step 1:Melt the butter

Step 2:Mince the garlic

Step 3:Squeeze the lemon juice

Step 4:Whisk all together

Step 5:Poure over salmon

Step 6:Season with salt,black peppper,oregano,and red pepper flakes

Step 7:fold foil on sides

Step 8:Bake it and your done!

Ingredients Quantity
Chicken Breasts 3(Boneless)
Italian seasoned bread crunbs 1 cup
grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
salt 1 teaspoon
dried thyme 1 teaspoon
dried basil 1 tablespoon
melted butter 1/2 cup

Step 1:Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)

Step 2:Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch sized pieces. In a medium bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, thyme and basil. Mix well. Put melted butter in a bowl or dish for dipping.

Step 3:Dip chicken pieces into the melted butter first, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the well-coated chicken pieces on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a single layer, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.(Foil keeps your working materal

Ingredients Quantity
Heavy whipping cream 2 cups
Half-and-half cream 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup(or less)
Vanilla Extract 2 teaspoons

Step 1:Combine the ingredients into one bowl

Step 2:Stir untill sugar is dissolved

Step 3:Fill a cilinder to no more than two-thirds full

Step 4:Freeze according to manufactures instructions

Step 5:Serve immediately or store in covered containers in freezer

P.SIf wanting to make a fruit flavored ice cream, substitute 2 cups fresh or frozen berries for 1 cup of half-and-half cream. Puree berries in a blender or food processor; stir into the other ingredients before freezing.
