    Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, Grease a 2 quart baking dish.
    Step:2 Put the peaches, apple, pear,blueberies, cherries ,and plums in the baking dish. In a medium bowl,beat the eggs, sugar, and milk together.In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the egg mixture. Stir that into vanilla and butter. Cover the fruit with the batter.
    Step 3 Bake it for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. The cobbler should be bubbly and lightly browned. Serve it warm.

    Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.
    Step 2: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to brown,it takes 12 to 15 minutes.
    Step 3: Sprinkle the flour over mushroom mixture and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Add the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and milk and bring it to a boil, stirring until smooth. Boil, stirring frequently, until it is slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir in the cheddar and 2 tablespoons romano cheese. Stir in broccoli and pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
    Step 4: Toss the bread crumbs with the remaining 2 tablespoons romano cheese and sprinkle it over the top. Dot it with butter.
    Step 5: Bake, uncovered, until the crumbs are golden and the casserole is bubbling, about 40 minutes. Cool it for 5 minutes before serving.
